What are the Toothpaste ingredients?

quip Daily Strengthening Anticavity Toothpaste is American Dental Association-accepted with the right ingredients to prevent cavities. Following the advice of dental professionals and the ADA, our paste includes sodium fluoride for its tooth-strengthening, anticavity properties and hydrated silica which gently whitens teeth. 

Active ingredients: Sodium fluoride 0.243% (0.13% w/v fluoride ion) anticavity. Inactive ingredients: Sorbitol, Glycerin, Water, Hydrated Silica, Erythritol, Flavor, Xylitol,  Cocamidopropyl, Betaine, Cellulose Gum, Titanium Dioxide, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Sucralose, Sodium Hydroxide.

Does quip Toothpaste have any harsh ingredients?

Nope! Just what your mouth needs, and nothing it doesn’t. quip Toothpaste is vegan, cruelty-free, and made without harsh ingredients like parabens, artificial preservatives, hydrogen peroxide, carrageenan, or SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate). It’s gentle, effective, and thoughtfully formulated for daily use.

How much quip Toothpaste should I use?

For best results, use a pea-sized dollop of toothpaste. Extra toothpaste doesn’t improve the cleaning ability of your brush! To demonstrate the right amount, our tubes feature a visual guide with a pea-sized dollop to scale.

The American Dental Association recommends using a smear of toothpaste (no larger than a grain of rice) for kids ages 2 and under, and a pea-sized amount for ages 3 and older.

How long will a tube of quip Toothpaste last?

When using a recommended pea-sized portion twice a day, our large toothpaste will last up to 3 months.

What types of quip toothpaste do you offer?

We currently offer two flavors of quip Daily Strengthening Anticavity Toothpaste: Cool Mint and Fresh Watermelon (each with the same active ingredients). Both flavors are American Dental Association-Accepted and designed to be mild, fresh, and safe for everyone to use. They are not made with ingredients specialized for sensitive teeth.
